WTT Event Specialist
As a WTT Event Specialist, you will be a core member of our event team - reporting to Event Director, involved in the planning, preparation, and execution of WTT's global top-tier events. You need to possess excellent organizational and coordination skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong resilience under pressure to ensure each event is delivered smoothly and spectacularly to a global audience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Planning & Preparation: Manage pre-event preparations, personnel coordination, supplier communication and management.
On-site Operations & Management: Execute on-site event tasks, managing operations in key areas such as the competition venue, training venue, player areas, and official hotels.
International Broadcast Production: Responsible for managing and coordinating the host broadcaster, production teams, commentators, and assisting the commercial department in managing rights holders' requirements to complete the production of the event's international broadcast.
Client Services: Provide superior support to players, coaches, referees, officials, and sponsors, ensuring prompt resolution of all problems.
Logistics: Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and catering to ensure an exceptional experience for all participants.
Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with broadcasting, marketing, commercial, and other departments to jointly achieve the event's overall goals.
Summary & Reporting: Conduct post-event reviews, compile reports, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
Essentials:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from a leading university (Domestic 985 / QS Top 100). Background in Foreign Languages, Business Management, Sports Management, or related fields are preferred.
Language: Fluent verbal and written English and Chinese (mandatory). Proficiency in additional languages is preferred.

Deep understanding and passion for sports; ability to adapt to frequent domestic and international travel.
